The Alarm Dispatcher is a sophisticated communication tool designed to streamline the interaction between emergency services and various security organizations, including fire departments, police, technical rescue services, hospitals, and private companies. By facilitating real-time communication, it enables users to confirm their participation in an operation or indicate their unavailability. Each user is assigned specific roles, ensuring clarity regarding the availability of specialists and whether additional response teams need to be contacted.

This application is delivered pre-configured and accompanied by personalized support, allowing users to focus on critical tasks such as extinguishing fires, performing rescues, or ensuring safety, rather than managing IT systems.

Compliance with data protection regulations is a core feature of the Alarm Dispatcher, which allows organizations to determine what data is displayed within the app. Typically, personal data remains secured within the organization, with only deployment keywords and districts being transmitted. Furthermore, alarms can be issued without deployment text for added discretion. Managers have access to more detailed information as necessary.

The Alarm Dispatcher Box serves as the input system for alarms, capable of processing signals from a variety of sources, including digital and analog radio receivers, faxes, emails, SMS messages, calls, and social media feeds. All pertinent operational information is displayed on a deployment monitor associated with the Alarm Dispatcher Box, supplemented by feedback and mapping resources. Additionally, there is a provision to print deployment details via the Alarm Dispatcher Printer.
